What I should keep in mind before booking a boat or yacht

When you decide to live an experience with Boats4u, you will be agreeing to the following policies:
- The boat can only be used for leisure purposes, it is not allowed to use them as a mean for public transportation and personal gain. All of this without explicit permission from Boats4u.
- The boats can be used all along the continental waters of Colombia and must not exceed a distance of 12 km from the closest coast and no further than 3 km from the coast for kayaks or Jet Skies. If the boat is bigger than 30 feet long it must not exceed a distance of 40 Km from the coast. With no exception, no boat can be booked to sail after 5 pm.
- Boats4u highly recommend the use of life vests at all times.
- The boat can only be used for personal use so it is forbidden used to transport passengers for hire or rental property without the explicit permission of Boats4u.
- Book cancellation is moderate, to turn in late the boat, or not being at the dock at scheduled time to take off, will create a moderate fee just as it is described in our policies.
- Under no circumstance it is allowed for the users to sublend our boats. The user that does this, will face a fee for repairs caused by reckless usage of the boat.
- Boats4u users are responsible for paying the costs resulting from the repair of the vessel by abuse or excessive use of it.
